Yep, it is true that a new Custom Firmware was released for the PSP-3000 models. But, it requires to first, install ChickHen and secondly, Custom Firmware 5.03 GEN-C. This new Custom Firmware is called ''5.03 Prometheus'' and it can play all the games that require 6.20 Official Firmware. Look at the video below to see the installation steps :
